Nick and his team did a remodel on my kitchen. He did an excellent job! Absolutely love my kitchen it is beautiful! He worked with my budget and I loved his interior designer she listened and selected backsplash that she thought I might like and brought them for me to choose that were in my budget. If you ever have had to choose it can be overwhelming I had a tight budget and champagne taste! I tried to take this project on myself and get the workers it was not going well workers never showed up! Nick was a life saver! Recommended him to my sister she used him also she loved his work too!

We are Real Estate investors with a Master Builder career history in Oregon. We found ourselves investing in beautiful Lake Havasu City AZ, and identified several older properties that needed significant remodels to bring to safety, code, and aesthetic standards of today. We had the challenging task of finding a Contractor to assist us during a Nationwide labor shortage. This challenge unfortunately delayed our introduction to Nowak Homes. To this point, we had the displeasure of learning about those Contractors we did not want to work with again. This was not the case with Nick and Cherie of Nowak Homes LLC, we are completely satisfied with the professionalism, dedication to detail, devotion to our wishes and concerns, commitment to budget, pro-active thinking, and overall prioritization of our benchmarks of our full remodel duplex project that we contracted with them to do for us. I can not fully convey, how refreshing it was, after years of experience, particularly in the Lake Havasu City area, to work with Nick and Cherie and experience what I have always imagined a great Client-Contractor relationship to look and feel like. They offered every step of the way a level of performance which gave us confidence, capability, and direction on this local project. My only regret is my inability to secure enough remodel properties where they could be our continuous Contractor! We are thrilled to have found them, and despite our selfish interest, would encourage any Investor to work with them for the best outcome of your project.
